This webpage is dedicated to Ken Casey of the DROPKICK MURPHYS for his long term dedication to great music. Since 1994 Ken has been writing songs, touring constantly, releasing CDs, Rocking and Rolling...KEN CASEY KEEPS DOING IT..THAT IS SPECTAULAR..

Ken Casey is the founding member, bass player and lead singer this Boston ( Quincy Mass.) based band. Last century, around 1993, Ken and and his brothers Joey, Johnny, Dee Dee, Tommy and Marky, started the DROPKICK MURPHYS. They practiced and signed a record deal. The DROPKICK MURPHYS have released many CDs...MANY GREAT CDS, MUCH GREAT MUSIC

With Ken's, and the DROPKICK MURPHYS support, the Red Sox finally won a World Series. DROPKICK MURPHYS rock Boston on St Patricks day. The Muphys have bag pipes that rock....BUT MAINLY WE ARE FANS BECAUSE AFTER ALL OF HIS BROTHERS quit the band, KEN STAYED and is still ROCKING TODAY, June 7 2008. Ken, and the current line up, just completed another tour of Hawaii, Japan and Australia.......

We are impressed that Ken has attracted the talented band members needed to keep DROPKICK MURPHYS ROCKING. We have been rocking and rolling for years, and we understand the issues involved with keeping a band going...KEN DOES IT

We are actually not sure who was in the original band, BUT (AND NO DISRESPECT MEANT) DOES IT MATTER? KEN IS THE ONE WHO WE ARE IMPRESSED WITH..GOOD JOB MATE..YOU ROCK KEN ! BTW to see some of the past band members, scroll down somewhere to the bottom of this page.

We just purchased 6 DROPKICK MURPHYS CDs. We had to play "catch up". BUT we are at full steam now .... IT HAS BEEN VERY LOUD AROUND HERE EVER SINCE WE BOUGHT THE six6 CDs.

Did I mention how great the DROPKICK MURPHYS music is? I do not like to put labels on things, but people request we do.......so I say they sound like chicken.

IF I HAVE TO label..I say DROPKICK MURPHYS sounds like they might be influenced by The Dubliners, Black Flag, AC/DC, The Chieftains, The Sex pistols, St Patricks Day / Celtic music, The Offspring and other go fast power chord (with talent) rock and roll...HIGH ENERGY...FUN FUN FUN....BTW BE SURE to check out Mr Ronnie Drew's voice on (F)LANNIGAN'S BALL (Track 8 on the new CD). His vocals on that track are .. um? ... ?? .... I am not worthy to say ... or there are not words to properly descibe it ..... go listen yourself.

That is the most talking I have ever done for a group, but I think it is time well spent, explaining why we like KEN, and how him staying, is worthy of our ( AND YOUR ) attention. We have jumped on the DROPKICK MURPHYS BANDWAGON BIGTIME....We JUST bought 6 CDs.. including ....

DROPKICK MURPHYS have 6-10 real ( record company ) CDs. The sound quality of the latest release "Meanest of Times", is spectacular.. BUY IT.

We did not just rip these. These are "remixed specials" of DKM songs. This is a tribute to KEN CASEY. We hope he likes them... It was fun, and it is our pleasure to help promote his great band. AND.....WHO SAYS FREE MUSIC ON THE INTERNET COSTS BANDS MONEY????....IT IS ONLY BECAUCE OF THE FREE MP3 WE RECIEVED, that learned of the DROPKICK MURPHYS.....AND TEHN???? WE bought CDs because CDs do sound better. BUT ..... FIRST .... we have to trust the music to sound good, eh?...opps.. meant to YELL..... Oi !!!!
