Did you notice we dont like pickguards? What are pickgaurds used for anyway? Originally it was to facilitate production at Fender. The electonics were attached to the "pickguard" in one step, and then attached to the wood in another. But why call it a pickgaurd?

But why call it a pickguard???...anyway...AFTER investing time in great wood why would we cover itup with a piece of cheap plastic? We dont know ... We dont use any "electronics/pickup plates" aka "pickguards" ...Did you notice??
